Since September 2015 MJSM has been developing a strong network with colleges whilst preparing athletes to gain athletic scholarships. We have strong links where players can experience training and competing pre college in the USA through our partner Claudio Pistolesi Enterprise. MJSM believes in providing the most visual and hands-on representation of college for potential athletes worldwide. We are fully committed to making this a reality by delivering clear and useful information of the benefits of playing college sport and what is involved to achieve this.

We have created a team of professionals to evaluate student athlete circumstances, provide support with assessments (SAT/ACT), assist with university eligibility and immigration documentation alongside finding the best fit university for you.

Development

The Bolles School is proud to be in partnership with Junior Tennis Champions Center (JTCC), under the leadership of Director of Tennis, Brian Gottfried. Gottfried, world renowned tennis professional and former #3 in the world, won 25 singles and 54 doubles titles, including doubles championships at Wimbledon in 1976, and the French Open in 1975 and 1977.

The Bolles School and Junior Tennis Champions Centre partnership offers a unique combination of academic excellence and high performance tennis training that creates the maximum opportunity for participants to play collegiate tennis at Universities in the US.

In the past four years JTCC graduates have earned over five million dollars in tennis scholarship money to top colleges in the nation, including Duke University, University of Virginia, Georgia Tech University, Vanderbilt University, and many more.

Coaching Sessions

Individual sessions play a vital role in a player’s all round development – especially the technical & mental element of tennis. Which if nurtured appropriately will lead to a more accomplished player. Player training can take place at any of the CPE training centres.

Video Analysis

Mike uses the Dartfish application which makes the power of video accessible to millions and sets the video standard across industries such as sport, education, and healthcare. Dartfish, trusted globally by thousands of elite sport organizations, federations, and corporations, leads the world with technology to create, analyse and distribute video content. A very powerful coaching tool to develop players further. This is a great performance indicator enabling coaches, players and parents to visualise the improvements when comparing footage from past clips. Mike will film players strokes during sessions and players will receive a copy by DVD or email format. This will include a breakdown of specific areas for players to work on in addition to the steps required to achieve improvements.
